Afternoon New Training Location and Schedule.

As some of you may already be aware, the afternoon classes have moved to our new training centre at  2195 Fleury (Corner of Parthenais). The schedule is as usual, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12h30 to 14h00. 

And of course the evening courses are always there as usual.

 

Afternoon Training, Back on Track.

Yesterday, Bruno Rousseau sent us this bloody good news:

"Just to let you know that we're going to restart training from monday 26th of january with the usual schedule (but only for monday, wednesday and friday afternoons).The training will take place at the Titans boxing club - 6777 St-André. (It's located beside our dojo!) "

Good work Bruno. Our abdominals, and especially Christian Jasmin's, are happy to hear that.
